The first mountain Hotel Ötztal is located at 1,600 metres above sea level in the small village of Gries, 7 km from Längenfeld and the Aqua Dome Thermal Spa. WiFi and parking are free. The large spa area features a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a Kneipp pool, and a relaxation room with mountain views.
Rooms are furnished in a traditional Tyrolean style. Most have a balcony offering views of the surrounding mountains.
The Ötztal first mountain Hotel also features a bar with flat-screen TV and tabletop football, as well as a ski storage room.
In winter, the hotel offers many activities, including nighttime skiing and tobogganing, parties with mulled wine, party excursions to Sölden, and ice-stock sports. Most activities are included in the room rate.
The Sölden Ski Area is a 20-minute drive away.
