É um passeio de meio dia na Fazenda Tamanduá. Num verdadeiro santuário da natureza, um olho d’água cercado por remanescentes de mata ciliar forma uma piscina natural de água nascente borbulhante em meio a uma areia branca muito fina que “canta”. Com uma caminhada pela fazenda, chega-se até a nascente para um banho. Bastam mais uns passos para tomar um gostoso banho de cascata no Ribeirão Tamanduá. Na volta pode-se escolher entre um pitoresco café da fazenda ou uma refeição caipira. O nome “areia que canta” vem do fato de essa areia, quando esfregada, produzir um ruído parecido ao de uma cuíca.
