The rustic country house, surrounded by trees is located in the Tuscan hilly countryside, just 35 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and 1 km from the centre of Montecatini in the Val di Cecina, amidst the country estate's vineyards and olive groves. The holiday country estate comprises 3 formerly restored barns with a total of 15 apartments and the manor house. Guests receive a welcome breakfast basket on the first day.

Pinetina is 1-room studio on the ground floor. There are living/dining room with double sofa bed and with exit to the veranda, to the patio. Kitchenette is equipped with 2 hotplates, grill, electric coffee machine. There is also a terrace and private entrance to the apartment.

For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 15 m, depth 200 - 300 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Outside shower, table tennis boccia and football pitch and furnished outdoor area with grill available to guests.
