The living/dining room includes 1 double sofa bed and cable-TV (flat screen TV), radio and DVD. The balcony is on a south-west facing position and has a side view of dike from balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 hotplates, mini-oven, micro wave and an electric coffee machine.

There is a children's highchair (extra) and a hall with wardrobe. There is, for shared use, a 20 m2, children's playground. In the house there is central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra).

The holiday resort is directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort there are shops, bakers, post office, bank and restaurant, indoor pool, sauna, sun bed, health cures and massage. More possibilities for shopping at 3 km distance. Leer is just 59 km, Wilhelmshaven at 75 km, Oldenburg is at 98 km.

Highly recommended (especially during winter): the "Ocean Wave" seawater pool heated to 30 degrees with artificial waves and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna, solarium, whirlpool and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal mud-banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich.

If you have more than one car, additional parking spaces will be charged for and will not always be close to your holiday accommodation.
