On the outskirts there is 3000 m2 of private grounds, including a swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 160 cm, 01.05.-30.10) with built-in steps. There is a terrace (90 m2), garden furniture and barbecue. Grocers are to be found at 3 km, a restaurant at 5 km. Please note that a car is essential. The house is part of a little hamlet.
The D104 road, which is 10 m away from the house, runs by the grounds. The swimming pool is accessed by 15 steps (it is possible to access the pool directly from the road). Shower (warm water) and WC. Please note that the enclosed swimming pool has a paved terrace of 90 m2. Hilly ground with pines and barren land.
