Hotel Niko is located within Solaris Holiday Resort, 50 metres from the sea and surrounded by pine woods, only 6 km from Šibenik. The resort offers a spa & wellness centre, tennis courts and pools.

Beach Bar Palma and the cocktail bar Andrija have live music every evening, theme parties or exotic shows. The Night Bar Ivan offers great entertainment.
The Aquabar and Gelatteria Village with delicious ice cream are great places where you can go with your children. Wellness centre: biggest in Croatia, it is a complex of indoor pools, with sea and fresh water and numerous underwater effects. Solaris Beauty centre offers you services of massages, facial and body treatments, sauna, healing mud and fitness. Wellness centre is located next to the indoor pools within Hotel Ivan.
