The Kristal is an all-inclusive hotel complex in a peaceful and quiet area of the Golden Sands resort, only 450 metres away from the beach. A free fitness centre and a free pool are provided.

The 6-storey hotel building features a spacious lobby, a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, a lobby bar, a pool bar and an indoor swimming pool. The outdoor swimming pool has a child section, deckchairs and sunshades. An on-site restaurant with a terrace is available as well.
The wellness centre offers massages and features a steam bath, a hammam, water-healing procedures, a hot tub and an adventure shower. A hairdressers' saloon is also at guests' disposal. Table tennis, a tennis court , a play room with electronic games and a children’s playground are available.
There are many shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs, as well as a casino and an aqua park, in the vicinity of Hotel Kristal.
