A Dutch barge built in Rotterdam in the 1920s, Rijnstroom IV now offers bed and breakfast accommodation from its mooring at Bembridge Harbour on the Isle of Wight. This 92ft barge includes a spacious lounge and galley kitchen and has free Wi-Fi.
Double and twin rooms are offered, some have en suite shower facilities and some have use of a shared bathroom. Towels, bed linen and a hairdryer are provided, with ironing and tea and coffee facilities also available.
The open-plan living area is comfortably furnished with 3 sofas, and dining table and breakfast bar provides seating for 18 people. There is a TV, DVD and video player and sound system for guests to use, as well as numerous films and books.
Bembridge Harbour is a 4-minute drive from Bembridge Windmill, and around 6 miles from Ryde. Cowes is just a 30-minute drive away, and Newport, Sandown and Shanklin are all within 20 minutes.
