Built in 1790, Sea Beach House is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from Eastbourne Pier, offering free Wi-Fi, full English breakfasts and tea gardens.
Room service with light lunches and snacks is available and in the summer months, a more extensive menu is offered in the tea gardens. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 and a pre-booked 3-course evening menu is available.
