Studio Zum Waldhüs, built in 2006, located in the district of Eistje-Oberhäusern, 30m from the ski-run, in the woods, south facing position. It is 40 m2, on the ground floor with a small terrace.
There is a living/sleeping room with 2 wall-trunk beds, cable-TV and radio. It exits to the terrace. There is an open kitchen and a bath/WC.
There is also a large terrace for shared use. In the house there is ski storage, 150m steep footpath to the house.
An easier route to the property "Zum Waldhues" is by lift from the Sunnegga-Station to Riedweg, which is only open during the day.
There is a shopping centre in 1 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, railway station "Gornergrat" 1 km, underground station "Sunnegga" 200 m. Mountain lift, rent a ski, ski bus stop 200 m. In case guests want a ski region, they can easily reach Sunnegga.
